VAIIYA is a digital studio specializing in the development of Web3 applications on the Solana blockchain, Android mobile applications, and powerful web projects. Our product lineup includes FYNDER, VYNDER, BLOBIO and NIGHTSTUDIO, among others.

• Keeping their digital wallets and private keys confidential.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VAIIYA disclaims all warranties, including — but not limited to — implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components, or that any defects will be corrected. You use our services entirely at your own risk.

7. Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VAIIYA, its founders, employees, contractors or affiliates shall in no event be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, revenue, data, digital assets, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, our services — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the extent such liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, VAIIYA's total liability arising out of or related to these terms or our services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us, if any, for the service giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the event, or (b) one hundred euros (€100).

We have no control over, and accept no responsibility for, the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party services. Your interactions with such third parties are solely between you and them.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these terms or threatens the security of our ecosystem. All disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification obligations survive termination.

VAIIYA is not liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to network outages, blockchain congestion, force majeure, or third-party service failures.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and VAIIYA regarding our services.
